Dear Ed and family: I just had to let you and your shop know how pleased I am with the job your guys did on my SHO. When I was coming home, I had to get around one of those long gravel trucks. I kicked it into passing gear and WOW! Getting rid of those packed up stock mufflers and pipes sure opened everything up. Thank you again for a wonderful job. See you soon with my pickup. it was not just the advice it was the honesty..... i called at least 15 mufflers places and then i called ed hanson muffler, i did not want to call because i did not know where they were located, i i did not know the adress. but after calling i spoke with a customer service advisor name Sunny........ she was right to the point and gave me some good advice and it ended up saving me at least 400.00 dollars and a lot of headache. Ed has extensively helped Kim Adelman of Plug-In Conversions and myself work on design and testing of a catalytic converter pre-heat system to reduce emissions from plug-in conversions of the Prius. He installed a system as we envisioned, innovating to get it to work, then gathered information we needed on catalytic converters and helped us test it. Then he charged us only for parts. Everything about our relationship has been great.
